Aloha United Way is seeking a Community Partnership Manager to grow and strengthen relationships with businesses across Oʻahu. This role combines business development, account management, community engagement, and fundraising into one rewarding career.
You'll work directly with company leaders to launch and grow workplace giving campaigns, engage employees, and connect businesses with opportunities to make a real difference in our community. Every partnership you build helps create meaningful support for local families while strengthening a culture of giving across Hawaiʻi.

- Manage workplace giving campaigns and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Develop strategies to increase donor participation and campaign revenue.
- Review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with internal teams on campaign support and communications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM/fundraising systems.
- Represent Aloha United Way at meetings, events, and community activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fundraising, business development, account management, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, partnerships, or client relationships with responsibility for outcomes and follow-through.
- Experience using donor databases, CRM platforms, or similar systems to manage relationships and track performance.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage corporate partners and community stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, manage a portfolio with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions that affect partner relationships and fundraising outcomes.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM, fundraising, and collaboration platforms and develop mastery of all electronic platforms used by AUW for donor fundraising.
- Ability to analyze data, assess performance, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action plans.
- Strong strategic thinking, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a professional presence and strong customer service mindset.
