Sales Systems & Business Development Manager - $105K

Pay &

Schedule:

  • $ annually with a 6-tier advancement structure tied to performance
  • Monday
    - Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with 30 minutes lunch
  • Weekly Pay
  • Medical and Dental Insurance – 100% Company Paid (Employee + Full Family
    - Higher premium plans available at an additional cost) Begins after 4 weeks averaging 20+ hours/week
  • Holiday Pay – 10 Holidays Per year
  • PTO – 160 Hours per year
  • Birthday Pay (after 1 year)
  • Life Insurance: $10,000.00 company-paid
  • Profit Sharing
  • 401K Retirement Plan – Company Match up to 4% (after 1 year)

The Work:

This is not a sales representative position. We are looking for someone who can build and run the entire sales system for a multi-company group. That means building SOPs, owning the CRM, training teams, driving pipeline growth, developing partnerships, and creating a culture of accountability across our sales operation.

You will report directly to Leadership and have a direct line to the Visionary.
Your seat matters. Your results will be visible; and your upside grows with the company.

  • Build and manage company-wide sales systems, workflows, and SOPs
  • Own Hub Spot - structure, adoption, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Train and hold estimators, managers, and sales staff accountable to process
  • Improve lead response times, proposal quality, and close rates across all divisions
  • Develop outbound BD strategies and build a referral and partner network
  • Report pipeline performance and sales KPIs to leadership weekly
  • Build toward leading an outbound sales and guerilla marketing team

Requirements:

  • Proven background in sales leadership, business development, or sales operations
  • Strong CRM experience
    - Hub Spot preferred
  • Ability to build systems, train teams, and enforce accountability
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
  • Construction or service industry experience preferred
  • EOS experience is a strong plus
  • You are an A player - you do not need to be managed, you need to be led

Success in 90 Days:

  • CRM is structured, adopted, and actively tracked across all teams
  • Sales SOPs are documented and being trained
  • Weekly pipeline reporting is live
  • Lead response times and follow-up compliance are measurably improved
