The Honolulu branch of The Ellgren Agency is looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our high‑performing team. This is a rare opportunity to grow your career with a company known for integrity, excellence, and supporting its people.

In this role, you’ll build meaningful client relationships while providing personalized property and casualty insurance solutions.   • Base salary starting at $40,000
  • First‑year earnings typically between $60,000 and $80,000
  • Top performers earning up to $120,000

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct timely follow‑up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified time frames.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal‑oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.).
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence — thrives in a competitive environment.
