Position Overview:

Our Sales Associates interact with customers - online, over the phone and in person - to assist with a new or used vehicle purchase. After the sale of a vehicle, our sales team follows up with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive loyalty by transitioning the customer to the Service department.

• Present vehicles and purchase options to customers
• Facilitate customer test drives
• Achieve sales goals set by management team
• Achieve high Customer Service Index (CSI) scores as set by the manufacturer
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
• Attend product and training courses
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup
• Ensure customers understand the vehicle s operating features and warranty

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent communication skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Prior sales experience a plus
• Valid in-state driver s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
