• First Impressions:
  Provide a welcoming, informative, and high‑energy experience for every person who enters the gym.
• Member Integration:
  Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community.

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members.
• Data Integrity:
  Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system.
• Club Standards:
  Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests.

• Experience:
  
  Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
• Technical:
  Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
• Traits: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
