Route Sales Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (Base Pay + Commission)

The Route Sales Specialist is responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts through the delivery of coffee, water, and breakroom supplies while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role combines route delivery, customer service, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and sales growth responsibilities.

Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

• Deliver coffee, breakroom supplies, and related products to assigned customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.
• Stock and organize customer breakrooms to ensure products are readily available and properly displayed.
• Provide exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and address service needs promptly.

• Clean and sanitize coffee and water equipment during scheduled service visits.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment remains functional and presentable.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate service needs as required.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to increase recurring orders and expand product offerings within existing accounts.
• Request customer referrals and generate leads for prospective accounts.
• Engage with potential new customers and communicate company products and services.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels within delivery vehicles and warehouse storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure delivery vehicles, inventory, and warehouse areas remain organized, clean, and operational.
• Responsible for receiving, stocking, and managing inventory as needed.

• Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Adapt to operational needs and perform additional duties outside of standard route responsibilities when necessary.
• Meet security and access requirements for customer locations, including military bases, airports, and other secure facilities.
