Field Sales Lead – CPG

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner
  Portfolio of a minimum of 15 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Field Sales Associates in the field while completing a minimum of 8 weekly sales calls, including calls conducted alongside direct reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Platinum Partner accounts.
• Execute product presentations and client engagements to drive sales growth, presenting a minimum of three clients during each sales call

• Monitor and track sales performance, activity, and pipeline using CRM.
• Manage a portfolio of high-priority accounts and maintain accurate customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support company events, meetings, and food shows.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide coaching to improve results.

• Bachelor’s degree or restaurant operation/sales experience is preferred.
• Proven sales experience with strong drive to achieve results.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Travel locally
  , including occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and to drive daily, unsupervised.
• Conduct in‑person sales calls daily

• Restaurant or food service experience preferred.
