Sales Representative, Small Business Services
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1‑49 employees, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, while selling additional solutions to existing clients.
Daily responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs, presenting the best ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. No prior sales experience is required; ADP provides high‑quality training and the latest sales technology.

- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a targeted sales strategy and building a network of decision‑makers and business owners.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud‑based HR solutions and cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions.
The compensation for this role is USD $50,100.00 – $99,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
