The Client Advisor/Stylist at Ala Moana Center delivers personalized luxury service, building long‑term client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and proactive clienteling. The role focuses on driving sales and KPIs while ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience and visual presentation. The advisor partners with the boutique team to support operations and maintain presentation standards.

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized outreach using CRM tools.
• Deliver the full client journey and Valentino Couture service from welcome to closing, including appointment preparation and follow‑up.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and CRM objectives while tracking client data and qualitative notes.
• Provide styling guidance across categories, stay current on trends, and curate looks for clients.
• Support merchandise maintenance, restocking, visual standards, and day‑to‑day store operations including shipping/receiving when needed.
• Operate POS to complete transactions and assist with after‑sales activities such as returns and repairs.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clienteling and relationship‑building skills with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Action‑oriented, problem‑solver, and team player; foreign language skills are a plus.
