Sales Representative

Sales Representative – Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS)

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in growing sales of LEPS products and CVA/LTSA at points of sale within the US and Latin America. You will work closely with dealers and customers to deliver on their targets, execute the Electric Power Division’s strategy, and contribute to the division’s 2024 goals.

• Designing and assisting dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques.
• Supporting the rollout of new products.
• Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers.
• Lead selling opportunity identification, customer satisfaction improvement, and business relationship enhancement.

• University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience or recognized expertise in electric power industries.
• Previous customer/dealer facing experience.
• Business management and financial acumen; relevant experience in related fields or industries.
• Ability to work autonomously with dealers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environment, and value‑selling techniques.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% domestically and internationally.
