Interior Designer

We are hiring an interior designer with 5+ years of commercial furniture design experience. We seek a hardworking individual who thrives in a fast pace environment and interested in designing for multiple clients. You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of projects in tandem with sales. The ideal candidate would be a team player who is detail oriented, organized and able to lead and direct projects from start to finish.

Applicants must have an Interior Design degree from an accredited school.

• Interior Design degree from an accredited school required
• Minimum 5 years of related office furniture experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD
• Proven organizational and follow-through skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

We are seeking a dynamic individual with sales experience to generate new business development and manage existing accounts centered on generating profitable business results. We have been providing creative and inspiring solutions to clients for over 40 years in Hawaii in the commercial furnishings industry, and are looking for someone who is motivated to continue to grow our market share through prospecting, networking, and servicing our current client base.

• Applicants must have a demonstrated sales ability with a track record of success
• BBA, BA, or like from accredited college or university a plus
• Ability to sell consultatively, and effectively tailor message and approach to audience
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, and a positive, "can do" attitude
• Develop and build strong relationships with clients and key targets in the community
• Create new business leads and achieve annual sales and profitability goals
• Strong oral, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and be goal oriented
• Furniture industry experience is a plus
