Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing company products or services.
• Negotiate, finalize and close deals for business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategies for revenue generation and market expansion.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide regular updates and reports on daily basis business development activities to management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and establish industry presence.
• Willingness to travel as and when required by the business.

Location: Chennai, Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore and Hosur.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹ - ₹ per year.

Benefits: Provident Fund.

Schedule: Day shift.

Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).

Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred); total work: 3 years (Preferred).

Languages: Tamil, English and Hindi (Required).
