Business Development - Entry Level

Entry Level Business Development Associate – a growing fundraising and management firm in the Denver area seeks a candidate passionate about business, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. The role is designed to train the associate to serve as the initial contact point between clients and potential donors, contribute to campaign monitoring, event management, and territory work to maximize client and customer engagement.

• Interact directly with prospective customers and engage them to drive awareness and revenue generation for our clients.
• Work alongside other team members to most effectively achieve projected fundraising goals.
• Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on all of our non‑profit partners’ community outreach goals.
• Communicate directly with charity partners and their potential donors.
• Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
• Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and long‑term knowledge.
• Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain the goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage a small team and multiple customer accounts.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Location: Denver, CO – relocate before starting work (Required). Work location is in person.
