Redaptive is seeking a driven, results‑oriented Sales Operations Associate to partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and BDRs to drive business cadence around lead generation, pipeline, and forecasting analytics.

Responsibilities and Duties- Oversee sales tooling & troubleshooting efforts for Sales Executives and BDRs (SFDC, Clari, Hub Spot)
- Responsible for sales territory design and implementation
- Support sales origination and pipeline development data requests
- Focus on continuous improvement through data analysis, pipeline and lead management, deal optimization, communication, and reporting
- Partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and BDRs to drive the run‑the‑business cadence related to lead generation, pipeline, and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis
- Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning
- Other duties as assigned

- 3+ years in a Sales Operations role (or business analytics), leveraging process data and customer and team feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business, math, finance, economics, statistics, or related field preferred or relevant experience
- Experience with CRM and business management tools (ex: , Asana, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Expected annual salary: $73,000- $96,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
