- Strategically manage the New England (ME, NH, VT, MA & RI) territory to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Develop strong customer and partner relationships and new business opportunities.
- Execute the sales go-to-market strategy and work with channel partners to drive sales and channel functions.
- Candidate residence in MA within the Boston metro area is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude with IP networking, wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings, and knowledge of competitive offerings.
- Experience working with IT and/or networking and wireless products, leveraging technology to provide business outcomes.
- Establishes professional working relationships up to the executive level with clients and prospects.
- Prospects and nurtures growth opportunities using the account planning process and actively manages the process through scheduled reviews and updates.
- Builds and drives the execution of a territory account plan that includes working with partners and internal specialists to increase win rate.
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Cultivates relationships with channel partners to bring a channel‑centric go‑to‑market approach for customers.
- In‑depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Proficient in forecast methodologies and provides weekly updates.
- Excellent time management skills and works with high levels of autonomy and self‑direction.
- A proven self‑starter who is open to coaching and mentoring.
- A positive track record of delivering and over‑achieving revenue goals.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences, including C‑level executives in small and large group settings.
- Proficient in MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
- Bachelor, or equivalent, degree preferred.
Base salary and commission range: $138,000–$200,000. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, participation in the Company's Incentive Plan, eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
