As the Business Development Associate, your role entails introducing, educating, and engaging potential buyers in the Denver Metro and surrounding market about newly available products and services. Your responsibilities include acquiring new business through prospecting, implementing business development campaigns, and answering any and all customer inquiries when possible.
Responsibilities- Develop new and hone in for previous accounts via prospecting, networking, referrals, and business campaigns
- Employ active listening to understand customer needs in order to better offer solutions prior to sale
- Handle inquiries professionally, providing prompt resolutions
- Manage sales lifecycle from contact initiation to closure
- Achieve regular key performance objectives and sales targets
- Collaborate with executives and the account team to boost campaign revenue
- Uphold company and client core values
- A Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship or communications is highly preferred but not required.
- No prior experience in sales, new business development, or customer service is required – this is an entry level position.
- Reputation as a high performer and proven experience exceeding goals.
- Confident, competitive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and with multiple types of people with various backgrounds.
- Ability to prioritization and time management skills.
- Self‑starter attitude with an energetic and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.

- Pay: $46,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
