Our agents are making a living on their own schedule with no mandatory meetings or supervisory oversight. You’ll receive award‑winning technology, daily training, a dedicated mentor and a steady supply of company‑generated leads.

• Nurturing company‑provided leads and prospecting new leads through in‑person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses.
• Working closely with buyers and sellers to manage the full sales transaction.
• Negotiating contracts and handling client issues.

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with technology.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and intelligent.
• Desire to learn new skills.
• Active real‑estate license (required).

Pay range: $55,000 – $200,000 per year, plus bonus and commission.

Positions are part‑time or full‑time, with independent contractor status and unlimited income potential.
