Overview
Assistant Vice President - Sales with our client, one of the Top 50 commercial insurance brokers in the country. You will sell critical business insurance to middle market and enterprise clients and will not sell life/home/auto insurance to friends and family. Work with a local leader and team in a reputable, high-growth company in a non-corporate environment within a recession-resistant industry.
Responsibilities- Sell commercial insurance solutions to middle market and enterprise clients.
- Engage in outside B2B sales in the Phoenix market.
- Apply a proven, winning sales process with mentorship and training.
- Salary to $100,000 (negotiable) + quarterly bonuses + health insurance + 401K.
- Uncapped residual commissions on clients each year.
- Potential to earn $300K to $500K or more, plus ownership in the company.
