HT&T Truck Center is a leading full-service truck dealership in Hawaii, representing brands such as PACCAR (Peterbilt) and Isuzu. We are known for our reliability, quality parts, and commitment to supporting Hawaii’s transportation industry.

We are seeking a motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive parts sales growth across Oahu. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service in a field-based environment.

The position is primarily focused on Oahu accounts, with the opportunity to support and grow neighbor island sales as needed.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

• Develop and grow parts sales within Oahu accounts through proactive sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions
• Promote parts, programs, and seasonal offerings to increase sales
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
• Support neighbor island sales opportunities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience required; parts or related industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and order processing systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Base salary + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $ per year
