Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business relationships and creating customized advertising solutions across radio, digital, and social media platforms.

• Prospect and develop new business through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify client needs and present tailored advertising and marketing solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with programming and digital teams to execute campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or media sales
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance are required
