Salary:
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, licensing, technical expertise, book complexity, and overall qualifications. Additional bonuses eligible per client retention.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated person who is excited to learn and build a career in Employee Benefits. No insurance license is required to apply. We will help you obtain your Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License and cover the licensing costs.
What You’ll Do- Learn about employee benefits, renewals, compliance, and industry trends.
- Take Hawaii Life & Health Insurance classes and obtain license within 3 months.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service.
- Assist with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit accounts.
- Help prepare renewal proposals, benefit comparisons, and client materials.
- Assist with client onboarding, open enrollment, and implementation activities.
- Help resolve eligibility, enrollment, billing, and service questions.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Learn about employee benefits, renewals, compliance, and industry trends.
- Develop strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.
- Strong interest in building a career in Employee Benefits.
- Customer service, insurance, administrative, or related experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new technology and software.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
- Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License not required at hire - we will help you obtain it.
