Client Advisor - Royal Hawaiian

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional in-store client experiences, builds long-term client relationships, and drives sales performance. This role supports store operations including visual merchandising, inventory tasks, and client follow-up while representing brand standards in presentation and conduct.

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service in line with brand client experience standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and effective clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support store operations including inventory preparation, customer follow-ups for charges/repairs/holds, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Proficiency with basic technology and Microsoft tools;
  English fluency required, additional languages preferred.
