The Chief Sales Officer for a leading Hawaii-based company will lead the firm's sales function, reporting into the CEO.
Please note this role is in-office in Honolulu.
The CSO role oversees growth, revenue, marketing, and account management for the business, working closely with the sales team in the field as necessary, and will be responsible for building a high-performing, well-retained sales organization.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the sales organization
- Collaborate closely with the sales team
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
- Design and implement strategies to support long-term team retention and performance
- Proven track record in sales leadership, including team development and succession planning
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Extensive prior hands-on field sales experience
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and strategy, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation
- Professional experience with large or enterprise organizations
