Sales Manager

A Cutter Sales Manager leads a sales team to create exceptional experience for our customers. A Sales Manager drives the performance of sales team with the goal of increasing sales and profitability. This role is also responsible for selecting, training, developing and retaining the very best sales associates for the store.

• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve new and used vehicle sales and profit goals
• Managing the negotiation process with sales associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Appraising vehicles for trade
• Managing all three areas of customer traffic:
  Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones
• Expense management
• Partnering with General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Success in auto retail sales
• Leadership ability to mentor and train others
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Demonstrated organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
