The Program Security Representative (PSR) will serve as the primary security liaison for programs housed at the Honolulu Facility. The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified material. This role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, create identification badges, and support facility security meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing and maintaining security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR, and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Maintain accountability logs for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.
  • Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
  • Collaborate with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Office to integrate security requirements into program execution.
  • Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
  • Maintain knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR and related government security regulations.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Asset Accountability – Maintain accountability logs for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.

  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Office to integrate security requirements into program execution.
  • Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR, and related government security regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule and Benefits
  • Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
