This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Licensed Security Guard in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting routine patrols, monitoring premises, and responding to alarms or incidents. Security Guards will engage with personnel and the general public with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service. They will ensure adherence to safety protocols, perform access control, and report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and the public
• Proficient in physical security, personnel security, and private security practices
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, enforce rules and regulations, and de‑escalate conflicts effectively
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
• Possess a valid security guard license and/or any required certifications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Prior experience in the security field is a plus
