Position: Residential Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $21/hour

Education: High school graduate or have a GED. Must have an ACT-208 State Guard Card or the ability to obtain one.

Type: Full-time;

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 11:00am to 7:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Monitor and secure residential building premises during overnight hours.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries or incidents as needed.
• Document and report any irregularities, safety hazards, or property damage.
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a calm and professional manner.
• Collaborate with building management on safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of shift activity.
• Ensure proper functioning and secure entry points throughout the building.
• Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or disturbances.
• Helping the HR department with recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Completing administrative tasks as necessary.
• Communicating with customers and vendors.

• Must have an ACT-208 State Guard Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must possess a current, valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the assigned site. Also, to relocate to another property if warranted.
• Able to read, write, and speak English properly and professionally.
