Allied Universal - Up to $26.75/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic, help manage entry protocols, and assist with directions and de-escalation when needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per site requirements;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, and coordinate with site leadership and/or local responders as appropriate
