Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from appropriate personnel and/or public responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facility buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access;
Monitor access points and identify irregular conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, and/or unusual activity; report observations through required logs, radios, and/or reporting systems;
Support utility operations by controlling vehicle and pedestrian access where assigned, verifying credentials when applicable, and/or directing visitors and contractors to approved locations
