Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, storefront corridors, loading and service areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor entrances, pedestrian traffic, and/or parking areas; assist with access control, crowd flow, and direction-giving while maintaining a professional presence.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, and/or alarms; request additional resources when needed.;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, document observations, and communicate updates to site management and/or law enforcement as appropriate.
