Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel location;
Respond to guest issues, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest-access areas, lobby and amenities, back-of-house corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations; document observations and report concerns per site procedures;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and assist with lost and found and other guest service requests when appropriate
