Security Officer - Area Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor access points and authorized entry procedures, assist with directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and help to maintain orderly traffic flow in lobbies and exterior areas as assigned;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and tenant concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance from Allied Universal and/or local responders as needed;
Document security-related incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership
