Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support from campus contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor and help manage access to facilities by observing entry points, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors to appropriate locations in accordance with site procedures;
Document incidents, patrol activity, and unusual observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management
