Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor for unusual activity, property concerns, and security-related hazards; document observations and report issues to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control questions, noise complaints, and resident and/or guest disputes as directed by site policy;
Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions to support continuity of operations
