As a  
** Security Officer - Unarmed Foot Patrol
** in  
** HONOLULU, HI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-end retail location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support store teams with clear communication and customer service. You will document observations, assist with access control, and respond to concerns with professionalism.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.

+ Monitor entrances, sales floor activity, and receiving or stock areas as assigned, reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.

+ Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations during shift turnover to support consistent security-related coverage.

* + A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
