** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for service, disputes, and/or suspicious activity within the retail location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, back-of-house areas, entrances, loading and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, damage, and/or unauthorized access.

+ Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for policy compliance, assisting with loss prevention support while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Document routine activity and incident details in reports and logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or client representatives.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
