Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, access roads, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and screening-adjacent areas as assigned, verifying credentials and/or authorized entry while directing individuals to appropriate resources and locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and/or public agency personnel as required;
Complete detailed written reports and logs of daily activities, observations, and incidents, and communicate relevant information to supervisors during shift transitions
