Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible help deter security related incidents and support guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests staff and/or visitors by carrying out security related procedures location specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel environment.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including lobbies hallways parking areas and perimeter locations helping to deter unwanted activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances common areas and other assigned locations for security related concerns reporting maintenance issues hazards and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control visitor interactions and after hours observations while maintaining a professional presence and supporting hotel operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city issued security related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver s license will be required for driving positions only.
