Security Officer Airport Overnight Foot Patrol

Full Time - Overnight

$19.23 per hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• Tuesday: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM
• Friday: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM
• Sunday: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM

• Age 20+ years
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to posted instructions.
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and daily observations in required logs and/or reports, supporting assigned post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.

• Preferably comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Minimum age 20 for unarmed roles; 22+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
