Airport Security Officer – Part Time Dispatch

Honolulu, HI.

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour + $3.93 hourly bonus.

Job Schedule:

Saturday 3:30PM – 12:00AM, Sunday 3:30PM – 12:00AM. Position Type:
Part Time – Afternoon.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in on short notice when urgent needs arise.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem‑solving manner, following relevant procedures for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to deter inappropriate behavior and/or unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security‑related concerns within the facility.
• Support management in implementing post orders and protocols specific to the location.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or answering questions related to the property.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with law enforcement, first responders, and leadership when required.
• Remain alert to environmental and/or operational changes that may require an adjustment in security‑related procedures.

• At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Background investigation and drug screening in accordance with relevant laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local law.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
