Security Officer Part Time Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or unsecured access points.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with residents, visitors, and/or vendors regarding property access procedures.;
Complete required documentation on daily activities, incidents, and/or observations, and relay important information during shift changes and to site leadership as needed.
