Security Officer Part Time Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or resident entry in accordance with property guidelines, helping to support authorized access throughout the location;
Observe and report maintenance issues, lighting concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols, helping to support orderly residential operations
