Security Officer Routine Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, observe activity on the property, and document security-related events, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with post procedures;
Support day-to-day property operations by assisting with directions, visitor inquiries, and other routine security-related tasks while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
