Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or requesting assistance as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter;
Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized access when required, and documenting security-related events, incidents, and daily activities;
Support property operations by communicating professionally with tenants and visitors, following post orders, and reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts
