Security Officer Airport Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an airport location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious activity, unattended property, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.;
Support daily operations by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with crowd management, traffic flow observation, and other security-related duties appropriate to a government location.
