Security Officer Patrol Operations

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident activity in accordance with property policies, assisting with authorized entry and reporting unusual behavior;
Support a professional presence at the location by communicating with residents and management, noting maintenance or security-related issues, and/or helping with incident follow-up as needed
