Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points, observe activity across the property, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Assist with visitor directions, monitoring vendor and contractor activity, and completing routine reports related to security-related incidents and/or patrol activity
