Security Officer Protective Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel and resort setting.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, lobbies, corridors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence and strong communication with hotel personnel.;
Support incident response by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or evacuation-related procedures during alarms, medical events, weather issues, or other urgent situations.
