Training Specialist
Designs, implements, and evaluates an organization’s learning courses and programs, applying advanced advisory skills and extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Works independently with minimal direction and mentors team members as required.
Qualifications- 5+ years experience in learning analysis, strategy development, content design and development, content delivery, and learning evaluation.
- 5+ years experience working as an instructional designer or advisor in a professional environment.
- 5+ years experience planning at an operational level HQ (e.g., Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM).
- 5+ years experience working in an Air Force, Combatant Commands, or Joint environment.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team‑based government or professional services environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with needs assessment, requirements development and analysis, curriculum development, high‑level simulations, LMS, LCMS development and distribution, and learning technology.
- Knowledge of Air Force Doctrine and Department of Air Force Handbook 36‑2675.
- Ability to translate information, develop insights, and collaborate with clients.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology.
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Salary range for this position is $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD).
