Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized persons, and/or policy violations to help support a professional environment.
• Assist with routine property operations by following post orders, completing assigned reports, and supporting tenant and visitor needs in alignment with Allied Universal standards.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
